		<description>I know of someone in North Carolina that just took the test about 3 weeks ago, and was told as she left that she had past.  Being that I took it back in September, and had to wait for so long to find my results, I was a little upset.  So I am glad to know that the pass or fail is going to be implemented across the board!</description>
